Starting price
Corian mandirs are ₹5,500 per sq ft by overall size (width x height), or from ₹1,000 per sq ft of Corian surface used at FabDot. Other Corian work, like kitchen tops and wall panels, starts from ₹900 per sq ft. "Starting from" matters: a plain design costs less than a heavily carved one.
Two ways to count the price
By overall size: width x height of the finished mandir, at ₹5,500 per sq ft. This is the easiest way to plan a budget when you only know the wall space.
By Corian surface used: the total area of Corian sheet in the mandir, including back, sides, shelves, drawers and carved parts, at ₹1,000 per sq ft. A 12 sq ft mandir can use 60 sq ft or more of Corian once all the parts are counted, so both methods land in the same range.
Five things that change the price
Size: priced by overall size, width times height. A mandir 3 ft wide and 4 ft high is 12 sq ft, so about ₹66,000 at ₹5,500 per sq ft.
Carving: a simple jali pattern costs less than a deep floral carving across the whole panel. Fine detail takes more machine time.
Lighting: LED strips behind a thin back panel need careful planning and add to the cost.
Storage: drawers and cabinets below the mandir add material and fitting time.
Structure: a dome, pillars and side panels take more work than a flat unit.
